My journey

My journey starts today. September the 10th is that day that i made mine. It’s going to be the hardest thing i had to do but im going to do this to prove to myself that i can do it and that i can finish something. P90X lean is what im going to start with. idk if ill start in the morning or at night. i really hate working out at home but that’s the only way i can until i get a car. ill try to log in everything but this is hard for me as well. lol

~update:November1,2012= i stopped doing p90x b/c it was making me hate working out and started just going to the gym. i am also eating a little bit better but I’m still struggling with that…A LOT. it’s been a slow and long journey but i’m not stopping until i get where i am comfortable with myself. even if that takes a few years.~

  ~Update: December was nothing but parties so i didn’t wanna stress myself out and think to much about my calories.  i had a lot of fun doing some activities though like ice skating. i did gain some weight back. dec im back at 201lbs.~
